4-2-House

Two houses for two brothers with two flats each. While every brother has one flat in the small house in front and one in the big house in the back. I tried to give the traditional gable roof a new touch; the roof is envisioned to be out of white tiles, giving the whole house a “model-like” white-cube-look.

The private outside spaces are organized in a way that everyone has their own while being protected visually from the neighbors.

This project is currently in construction in Zollikon.
