A straight line running through the mountains of Switzerland. The idea was to house the whole Swiss population in one house and using the land for food production. The traditional horizontal city is flipped vertically. This minimizes the footprint on the land and makes it possible to just take the elevator down and be in nature from every spot of the city. Dense urban life meets nature.
